US-based Saint Arnold Brewing is set to launch new Bishop’s Barrel No.4 (BB4) series beer, on 12 August.
The new beer is a Weizenbock, which is brewed by using cocoa nibs from Tejas Chocolate, yeast and aged in Woodford Reserve bourbon barrels.
The new light head beer includes notes of bourbon, chocolate and banana, and comes with 9.9% ABV.
The brewery is also launching the Saint Arnold Weizenbock, which is used in making BB4, and is available on draft only.
The other Bishop's beers include Bourbon Barrel Imperial Stout, which comes with 11.5% ABV; Old Ale, which contains 7.8% ABV; and Bourbon Barrel Imperial Stout, which comprises 12% ABV.
