US-based packaging firm Econo-Pak has announced shifting of its operations to new plant in Milford from its existing location in Sussex, New Jersey.
The company has converted the former Altec Lansing building into a food packaging facility that currently has two lines in operation.
With the shift, the company expects to grow in the market, poconorecord.com reported.
The Milford facility is expected to have between 20 and 35 lines in operation depending on client requirements.
Econo-Pak offers reconfiguration processes for food products that are sold as variety packs, while its Milford plant will be responsible for packaging cookies, crackers, muffins and candy.
