Packaging Dynamics, a flexible packaging company, has acquired the US-based Pac Paper's business operations, for an undisclosed sum.
The acquisition of Pac Paper, which manufactures and sells a range of specialty paper packaging products, is said to represent an important step in Packaging Dynamics' development.
Packaging Dynamics CEO Roger Prevot said Pac Paper provides an opportunity for growth in the Pacific Northwest and Western Canada.
"We look forward to using these expanded offerings and capabilities to better meet the needs of customers across our entire flexible packaging business," Prevot added.
Pac Paper CEO/president Robert McNally said, "We are truly excited to join Packaging Dynamics and look forward to leveraging its capabilities and national footprint to expand penetration of our product line, which includes the Java Jacket coffee sleeve."
