Overwaitea Food is voluntarily recalling the Western Family brand Seasoned Stuffing Mix as the product may contain milk, which is not mentioned on the label, according to the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA).
The recall affects Western Family brand Seasoned Stuffing Mix of 120g with code BB 2014 JA 03 WS2 and UPC 0 62639 29595 0.
There has been one reported illness associated with the consumption of the affected product.
Consumption of the recalled product may result in serious or life-threatening reaction in people sensitive to milk.
Overwaitea Food is recalling the affected product from the marketplace, while the CFIA is monitoring the effectiveness of the recall.
