The First Half of Current Fiscal Year (April - September 2013)
Production in Japan for the first half of the current fiscal year experienced a year-on-year decrease for the first time in two years (since the fiscal year ended March 31, 2012).
Production in regions outside of Japan for the first half of the current fiscal year experienced a year-on-year increase for the second consecutive year (since the fiscal year ended March 31, 2013), setting record high production for the first half of any fiscal years. This includes record high production in North America, USA, Asia, and China.
Production worldwide for the first half of the current fiscal year experienced a year-on-year increase for the second consecutive year (since the fiscal year ended March 31, 2013), setting record high production for the first half of any fiscal years.
September 2013
Production in Japan for the month of September 2013 experienced a year-on-year increase for the first time in 10 months (since November 2012).
Production in regions outside of Japan experienced a year-on-year increase for the 20th consecutive month (since February 2012), setting an all-time monthly record for production in Asia, and record high production for the month of September in North America, USA, and China.
Worldwide production experienced a year-on-year increase for the second consecutive month (since August 2013), setting record high production for the month of September.

Total Japan domestic market auto sales for the first half of the current fiscal year experienced a year-on-year decrease for the first time in two years (since the fiscal year ended March 31, 2012).
New vehicle registrations for the first half of the current fiscal year experienced a year-on-year decrease for the first time in two years (since the fiscal year ended March 31, 2012).
Sales of mini-vehicles for the first half of the current fiscal year experienced a year-on-year increase for the second consecutive year (since the fiscal year ended March 31, 2013).

Fit was the industry's third best-selling car among new vehicle registrations for the first half of the current fiscal year with sales of 67,915 units. Step WGN was the industry's ninth best-selling car with sales of 31,132 units. Freed was the industry's 10th best-selling car with sales of 31,064 units.

N BOX was the industry's best-selling car among mini-vehicles for the first half of the current fiscal year with sales of 110,157 units. N-ONE was the industry's eighth best selling car with sales of 51,843 units.
September 2013
Total Japan domestic market auto sales for the month of September 2013 experienced a year-on-year increase for the second consecutive month (since August 2013).
New vehicle registrations experienced a year-on-year increase for the first time in 14 months (since July 2012).
Sales of mini-vehicles experienced a year-on-year increase for the 21st consecutive month (since January 2012).

Fit was the industry's third best-selling car among new vehicle registrations for the month of September 2013 with sales of 19,388 units. Step WGN was the industry's seventh best-selling car with sales of 8,237 units. Freed was the industry's eighth best-selling car with sales of 7,909 units.

N BOX was the industry's best-selling car in the mini-vehicle category for the month of September 2013 with sales of 23,724 units. N-ONE was the industry's ninth best-selling car with sales of 6,951 units.
