Argentina's Imports & Exports General Situation in Novewber of 2015

From January to November in 2015, Argentina’s imports & exports volume was USD 108.61 billion, down 12.2% by year according to the national bureau of statistics of Argentina. The exports volume was USD 53.34 billion, down 15.3% and imports volume was USD 55.27 billion, down 9%. The trade deficit was USD 1.92 billion.

In November, Argentina’s imports & exports value was USD 8.74 billion, down 9.8% by year. Exports value was USD 4 billion, down 17.9% and imports value was USD 4.74 billion, down 1.6%. The trade deficit was USD 740 million.

From January to November, Imports & exports value of 2015 between Argentina and China was USD 13.48 billion, down 5.3%. Argentina’s exports value was USD 5.06 billion, up 15.6%. It accounted for 9.5% of Argentina’s total exports. Argentina’s imports from China reached USD 8.42 billion, down 14.5%. It accounted for 15.2% of total imports. The trade deficit was USD 3.35 billion, down 38.7%.

Up to November, China has become the second largest market for Argentina’s exports and the second largest import source for Argentina.
