Tomson Group announced on September 10 that its indirectly 51-held Tianjin Jinwan Property signed "Jinwan Property Entrusted Loan Agreement" with Bank of Communications and state-owned Tianjin Financial City Company.
Jinwan Property will provide an entrusted loan for the state-owned company and appointed the bank to be the loan agent.
The entrusted loan principal was CNY 39.2 million, which will be provided for the borrower by Jinwan Property through the bank.
