ukrainianjournal reported that Kiev based Lidergaz LLC has resold 570 million cubic meters of gas which Dmytro Firtash’s Osthem Holding Limited imported to the country, to Ukrtransgaz, a subsidiary of Naftogaz Ukrayiny.
Ukrtransgaz Director Mr Serhiy Vinokurov told Forbes Ukraine that "According to the underground storage facilities' gas register, the said volume of gas was imported under a contract with Osthem Holding and it was sent by importers to Lidergaz. The fact that Ukrtransgaz bought gas cheaper using the channel did not cause losses to the state.”
