Recently, according to data from the GTA, Russia is the country which with the most trade protectionism policy in the world in 2013, 20% of the world and the Belarus is not far behind. These policies are including reducing the quota of foreign staff and the national support for the rare earth industry, agriculture and aircraft manufacturers. At the same time, Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan has formed a separate customs union, the new trade protectionist policies implemented by the group accounted for 33% of the world. Russia's economic restructuring policies are subsidies and radical protectionism. It is not the new generation model in the process of the accession to the WTO.
