China's consumer price index grew 3% Y-O-Y in NOV., down from 3.2% in Oct., the National Bureau of Statistics said Monday. Food prices rose 5.9% from a year ago, while prices of non-food products edged up 1.6%, acording to NBS. CPI rose 2.6% in the first 11 months y-o-y, well below the government's full-year target of 3.5%
