It is reported that, the overseas mergers and acquisitions activity of the Japanese enterprise is speeding up. From July to September in 2013, the overseas M&A is 166, compared with about 30% up. The amount of M&A is to trillion yen, rose about one time. Although the yen with depreciation, the M&A expansion amount required more and more, even so, a lot of Japanese domestic enterprises still have done overseas mergers and acquisitions actively. At the same time, the electronic industry is in the use of mergers and acquisitions for structure adjustment. The number of Japanese firms' overseas mergers and acquisitions is still increasing, and the overseas acquisitions opportunities will also further expanded.
