THE Australian sharemarket is set to fall today after world markets dropped on concerns about stalled budget negotiations in the United States.
At 7.10am AEDT the December share price index futures contract was down 12 points at 4,578.
In news today,ANZ holds its monthly meeting on interest rates.
The market closed flat on Thursday,with the benchmark S&P/ASX200 index down one point at 4582.8 points and the broader All Ordinaries index up 1.1 point at 4592.9 points.
