It’s reported that Gerdau Long Steel North America announced to raise its prices for all grades and qualities wire rod except cold-heading quality and welding grades by US$35/short ton for April shipments.
Earlier, Nucor announced to hike its wire rod prices by US$40/short ton, effective from April 1st, 2013.
