It’s reported that Anglo American, the Australian coking coal supplier announced its financial result for 2012.
The company posted a net loss of US$1.49 billion for 2012, slumping from a net profit of US$6.17 billion in 2011.
Also, this is the first time that the company faces net losses over the past 10 years.
Anglo American stated that the loss was caused by slumped prices of commodities.
