CVS Rolling Mill will begin equipment installation for the new project in Iraq by the end of the year.The new plant FF Steel will be equipped with a 500,000 tpy EAF shop and a rebar mill capable of producing 420,000 tpy of 8 millimeter to40 millimeter rebar.
Equipment construction,which is now underway,will take 2 to 3 months more,a company source told Metal Expert.Mounting of first units will start in December,hot trials in Q3 2013.
