Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd's Farm Equipment Sector, a part of the UDS 15.9 billion Mahindra Group, maintained its leadership position in the tractor industry in December 2012.
Domestic sales in December 2012 stood at 13712 units, as against 15315 units during December 2011. Total tractor sales in December 2012 stood at 14759 units, as against 16484 units for the same period last year. Exports for the month of December 2012 stood at 1047 units.
