Agricultural Development Bank of China (ADBC) will issue not more than CNY 10 billion three-year financial bonds via a Dutch tender on September 25, the 23rd-term such bonds in 2013.
The interests will be paid on an annual basis and will start to be generated from October 9. The date of trading is October 14.
