Italian sports car manufacturer Lamborghini is planning to unveil the new Aventador Roadster at the 2013 Geneva Motor Show to be held in Switzerland.
The new roadster is expected to be powered by 6.5-litre V12 engine which will generate an output of 690hp and a maximum torque of 650 Nm.
Mated to a seven-speed transmission and an all-wheel-drive system, the engine is claimed to allow the car to sprint form 0-100 km/h in 2.9 seconds while achieving a top speed of 349km/h.
Italian car manufacturer revealed that the roadster will offer a fuel efficiency of 11 mpg city and 17 mpg highway.
The Avenador Roadster is expected to be on sale in spring/summer 2013.
Along with the roadster variant, Lamborghini is also planning to unveil the 4-Seat Aventador GT concept at the show.
