Because of the growth of regional trade in September this year, the Brazilian aluminum imports grew 13.5%.
According to the Brazilian Ministry of Trade Statistics, Brazil imported aluminum metal is 4420 tons in September 2013, while compared to 3,894 tons in September 2012.
From January to September this year, Brazil's aluminum exports totaled 29,624 tons, also higher than the 26,970 tons over the same period in 2012.
