JFE Shoji Trade Corporation announced that the integration of JFE Shoji Usuitakenzai Corporation,whose main market is in East Japan and JFE Seibu Usuitakenzai Corporation,whose main market is in West Japan,has been decided to establish more appropriate sales organization to acquire future's demand for thin steel plate for constructions in domestic market.The name of newly integrated company(hereinafter referred to as the company)will be JFE Shoji Usuitakenzai Corporations.And the establishment of the company will be April 1st,2013.
The company will share the sales strategy with JFE Galvanizing&Coating Co Ltd which are the main supplier of the company,at the stage of all over the Japan and will promote expanding sales volumes&share in the market of Galvanizing&Coating steel plate for the construction.Moreover,the company will offer value added functions to our customers through the more aggressive activity of customer satisfaction.
And the shares of JFE Shoji Jutaku Shizai Corporation will be transferred to the company from JFE Shoji to concentrate the sales organization for Galvanizing&Coating steel plate for the construction in JFE Shoji Group.
The company will put its effort to expand the revenue by promoting the re-construction for its sales function&strategy.
