Lyreco's new online ordering system has been launched as a unique website site for each of Lyreco's markets with a URL consisting of the Lyreco name and the country extension, for example, Lyreco.com.au for Australia.
The 'webshop' has a contemporary design and functionality but the main difference is that ordering is only available for registered Lyreco users, although non-members can still browse the various product and information pages.
The concept offers the opportunity for more promotional activities with suppliers, such as featured products on the home page, monthly picks and cross-selling opportunities.
Other features include a personalised customer dashboard, improved search capabilities and more detailed product information.
