This Veterans Day,Yale Materials Handling Corporation continues looking to veterans of the U.S.armed forces for its dealers to grow their sales force.The company and its dealer network have been working with Snelling Search's Military Division since November 2011,and to date,Yale dealers have hired 29 veterans through the program.

Snelling Search was selected because of the military recruiting team's ability to match skill sets to company culture for a long-term fit.Multiple rounds of candidates and hiring have resulted in dozens of filled positions at several levels throughout the Yale dealer network.Many of the newly hired veterans have also attended the Yale Sales Academy training program."Working with Snelling Search resulted in NITCO hiring multiple highly skilled sales professionals,"said Alan Hammersley,COO for Northland Industrial Trucks Company,Inc.(NITCO),a local Yale dealer."Our expectations were clearly exceeded,and we are now on our second hiring round."
