Taipei,Sept.20,2012(CENS)--The launch of the Win8 from Microsoft on October 25 will likely drive demand for medium&large-sized touch panels, with production value of OGS(one glass solution)touch panels to exceed US$2.8 billion next year, resulting in the prediction of Taiwana??s two leading touch panel suppliers,TPK Holding Co.,Ltd and Wintek Corp.,to see booming revenues in September.
Cando Co.,Ltd.,a Taiwan-based panel maker and affiliate of TPK,owns two OGS plants, one of which turns out 70,000 3.5G substrates monthly and the other 70,000 4.5G substrates.
