According to statistics, China exported 40.94 million tons of steel products in the first nine months of this year, rising by 10.2% year on year.
It’s analyzed that the Chinese steelmakers have aimed on export market since the steel prices dropped in domestic market.
In the given period of time, the country’s exports of steel wires and bars totaled 8.24 million tons, jumping by 63.4%; that of section steel was at 2.67 million tons, soaring by 40.1%; that of steel flat products was at 19.75 million tons, falling by 4.9% and that of steel pipes was at 6.78 million tons, increasing by 12.7%, all compared to that in the same period of a year ago.
