According to Japanese media reports, Japan's Toyota motor corp. announced on May 30, 2013, the general situation of the domestic production in April 2013, Including Toyota, DAIHATSU industry (hereinafter referred to as DAIHATSU) and HINO automobile three companies (hereinafter referred to as for HINO) their production performance.
Toyota in April 2013 in Japan produced 271880 vehicles, down 1.4% year on year. DAIHATSU in April 2013 produced 62530 vehicles, down 3.6% year on year. Hino Japanese domestic production in April 2013 to 12659 vehicles, increased 2.3% year-on-year, it is more than previous production after 3 months again. Therefore, the total domestic production of Toyota in April 2013 is 347069 vehicles, down 1.7% year on year.
From different vehicles, passenger car production is 290525 vehicles, down 4.0% year on year; production of commercial vehicles is 56544 vehicles, increase 12.1% year-on-year.
