According to data, Korea exported 687,423 tons of steel pipes in the first quarter of this year, rising by 5% year on year. In the first quarter of this year, the US was the largest importer of the Korean steel pipes, accounting for 63.4% of total. Meanwhile, 34,935 tons were exported to Japan; 23,340 tons were to the UAE and 19,187 tons were to Saudi Arabia. Besides, Korea imported 190,066 tons of steel pipes in the first quarter of this year.
