Pharmaceutical business re-engineering solutions provider Goose Technologies has launched Goose Proofreader, a 21 CFR part 11 compliant solution that enables review of printed materials.
Glenmark Pharmaceuticals and Aurobindo Pharma have already begun to use Goose Proofreader, according to the company.
Goose Proofreader is designed to make the artwork error free there by increasing the accuracy and maximising the productivity.
The product is also expected to bring down the product recalls by the FDA.
Goose founder and CEO Deb Pattnaik said the solution is a completely new alternative to manage document proofreading task.
''Usage in our client location has tackled even the most complex tasks like evaluation of multilingual texts, comparison of images in different angles at the same time adhering to strict FDA regulations effortlessly,'' Pattnaik added.
''This is a key solution to current processes which is human error prone leading to huge potential loss to the Global Pharmaceutical Organizations."
Goose Proofreader performs pixel to pixel and text verification comparisons to study the printed material.
The other features include image rotation, auto crop, flip, resize, angle suggestion and overlay to assess the files.
The solution also generates detailed report for pixel to pixel comparison and has the ability to read Barcode and Pharmacode.
