Venture capital firms including Sequoia Capital and Gold Stone are said to be in talk to buy into private express giant ZTO Express.
Sequoia Capital has been basically determined to invest in ZTO that is entering the share change procedure currently.
ZTO Chairman Lai Meisong said in an interview that Sequoia Capital bought a less than 10% stake in ZTO from a shareholder, but did not disclose how much stake it bought.
