China New Energy Power sold 100% of Allywing Investments, a registered holder of 60% of Xi'an Yuansheng Enterprises, at CNY 320 million.
Yuansheng Xi'an Yuansheng principally engages in the development and sale of real estate and property management and owns the right to use and develop a plot of land in Xi'an. The land includes about 134,357 square meters for residential use for 70 years and about 19,739 square meters for commercial use for 40 years.
