Bradman Lake has secured an order from Taiwanese ready-meal manufacturer JNY Food to supply cartoning machine for packing oriental prepared meal kits and pouches.
JNY is said to have researched the market for a machine that could provide the highest packaging solutions for some time.
Before zeroing on Bradman Lake’s SL903 End Load Cartoner, JNY is claimed to have witnessed other machines from Bradman’s competitors.
However, the Taiwanese firm selected Bradman Lake after witnessing the machine at Interpack 2017, JNY went ahead with the UK-based company.
Bradman Lake also claims that the JNY found out more about the company’s committed customer support and had seen the launch of the integrated packaging line.
The new packaging line includes a VGR2000 Vision Guided Robotic pick-and-place line, which can load the products into the infeed of a FT120 Multipack Flow Wrapper using two other robots.
After the required collation has been created and flow wrapped, the products enter into the IMSL End Load Cartoner, the company’s latest machine.
Bradman Lake sales manager Tony Marlow said: “One of the main reasons of winning the order was the trust we established with the customer and our ability to guide them through their first ever automatic cartoning project.
“They also recognised the higher levels of robustness and machine quality; Bradman Lake technology was more advanced than anything they could find from suppliers in their own region.”
According to Bradmand Lake, this is the second order that it received as result of its presentation at Interpack 2017. The first order was recently placed by a seafood manufacturer from Chile.
