After establishing itself as a go-to-brand for sophisticated womenswear, the British high-street retailer Whistles is foraying into menswear.
The label is all set to unveil an Autumn/Winter 2014 collection, which will be created under the aesthetic guidance of Whistles Design Director Nick Passmore in collaboration with a highly-talented team of men’s clothing designers.
The collection will not only be available online and some key stores of the contemporary fashion label but also within few selected leading department stores of the country.
Started in 2008, Whistles, which is known for covetable cocktail dresses, occasion wear and luxurious knitwear, operates more than 40 stores across Britain.
The label made its official catwalk debut at London Fashion Week in February, 2013, and in June this year, it debuted in Hong Kong and Chinese markets.
The label recorded nearly 24 percent growth to £49.3 million for the last fiscal year, ending January 2013.
