Hasbro has awarded UK toy firm Sambro its gold award for Product Innovation and Development at the group’s latest licensee event.
The firm was handed a Certificate of Recognition at Hasbro's event which took place at its headquarters last week.
Sambro currently curates cross category ranges for Hasbro’s Play-Doh, My Little Pony and Transformer brands with a host of new products scheduled throughout 2015.
“We are extremely proud of the relationship we have with Hasbro and to be recognised for our product innovation is a fantastic achievement,” said Nikki Samuels, licensing director at Sambro.
“This award illustrates the company’s commitment as a licensee not only to Hasbro, but to all the licensors we work with. Our design team has grown rapidly and we employ some of the best in the business. They all work so hard to consistently create unique products and this year’s new ranges will be our best yet.”
