The standard of Minimum Allowable Values of Energy Efficiency and Energy Efficiency Grades for Domestic Solar Water Heating Systems (GB26969-2011) has been published on July 19th, 2011 and taken effect on Aug. 1st, 2012. The standard of Specification of Domestic Solar Water Heating Systems (GB/T19141-2011) has been published on Sep.29th, 2011 and taken effect on Aug.1st, 2012, to instead of GB/T19141-2003. China Quality Certification Centre has released new version for Energy Conservation Certification Rules for Domestic Solar Water Heating System (CQC61-448261-2012) to instead of original Energy Conservation and Environmental-friendly Certification Rules for Domestic
I The implementing requirements for Minimum Allowable Values of Energy Efficiency and Energy Efficiency Grades for Domestic Solar Water Heating Systems (GB26969-2011) and Specification of Domestic Solar Water Heating Systems (GB/T19141-2011) as following.
Certificate holders should submit changing application and complete related works before Dec.1st,2012. The differentia test sample should take sample. The certificate changing should be finished before Jan.1st, 2013.

New version for Energy Conservation Certification Rules for Domestic Solar Water Heating System (CQC61-448261-2012) to instead of old version CQC61-448261-2009. Apply for resource conservation (energy-saving, water-saving) 707001.
