National Bureau of Statistics data show that China paper & paperboard production was 10.1 million tons in May 2013, decease by 1.1% compared to the last year. January-May cumulative production of 48.7 million tons, with an increase of 0.5%. In May 2013, the rate of increase of industrial paper industry was 7.7% From January to May in 2013, China's paper and paper products industry cumulative growth rate of 8.0%. From January to May in 2013, China's total production of newspaper is approximate to 1.62 million tons, decreased by 2.8% compared to last year. In May, China's newspaper production was 31.7 ten thousand tons, decreased by 2.8%.
