The Naroto biaxial three arm machine is mainly used in applications where the process time for each arm is equal. There is one heating chamber, one cooling chamber, and one load/unload area. Our four-arm machine has a heating area, one precooling chamber, one cooling area and a loading/unloading area.
The specially-designed heating chamber in our machines enables energy efficient heat transfer to the moulds, shortening cycle time. Also, the biaxial machine for water storage tank is covered with insulation material for conserving heat, again enabling efficient use of energy. The straight arm provides an option for two spacious spiders to allow moulds of different sizes.
Naroto machines also have provision for a second/third charging manhole at the top of oven for charging the polymer without opening the oven doors. Keeping the safety aspect in mind, the oven has been equipped with controls for interlocking and safety devices with alarm. The cooling chamber contains a high performance industrial cooling fan. The variable speed a/c enables smooth change of speed. Also, the machines come with an inbuilt mould positioning and balancing facility. The environment-friendly burner is suitable for LPG, CNG, oil and dual fuels. We also provide a microprocessor-based machine control panel with digital display on request.
