On 31 July 2012, the competent commercial court in Agen decided on a judicial liquidation process ("liquidation judiciaire") for the poplar and maritime pine plywood producer Xilofrance. After the court had commenced the rescue process ("redressement judiciaire") on 12 June 2012 and placed the company under administration until 10 July 2012, the next step in the proceedings is to take place from 1 September 2012.
