Plysorol Is Now Being Wound up Completely After All

The French plywood manufacturer Plysorol, which has been undergoing judicial restructuring proceedings (“adminstration judiciaire”) since June 2012, is now being wound up completely after all. This was decided by the commercial court in Lisieux on 6 September 2012 on occasion of the scheduled intermediate examination of the restructuring plans. Plywood production at the French facilities has been standing still since the beginning of August. There was no resumption of production that had been planned for after the summer holidays on 27 August. A schedule for the liquidation process has not been announced yet. Source: euwid-wood-products
