Polymicro Technologies™ Tight-Tolerance VS (Vision System) Fused Silica Capillary Tubing provides precise internal diameter (ID) tolerances for high efficiency gas and fluidic flow control for repeatability and low variances of system dead-volumes in scientific, industrial and medical applications.

Drawn from high-purity synthetic fused silica preforms, Tight-Tolerance VS Flexible Fused Silica Capillary Tubing delivers superior performance and optimal flow control with an ID tolerance down to ±1μm for IDs as large as 50μm.
Polymicro Technologies™ nano-Capillary Tubing is available in very small IDs, from 200 to 1,000nm (0.2 to 1.0μm). Traditional capillary tubing products did not offer IDs smaller than 1μm. Prior to the development of nano-Capillary tubing, the scientific, industrial and medical communities leading options for sub-1 micrometer diameter substrates were wet-etch or ion-beam milling, both of which are expensive, and relatively inaccessible.
Polymicro Technologies™ nano-Capillary Tubing product line enables researchers to explore innovations in applications such as single-molecule analysis and ultra-low flow rate techniques.
