On the occasion of this year's textile exhibition Febratex in Blumenau/Brazil, August 14 - 17, innovative fashion and functional coatings had been the centre of interest at the joint stand of Rudolf Soft and Rudolf Sizing. Novelties ranging from pre-treatment to coating made the Rudolf GmbH booth at times the most visited one of all auxiliary suppliers.
The development and design departments of the large Brazilian denim producers found the fashionable and innovative denim coatings "Fat Boy Coating" (Ruco-Coat Fat), "Envirovax" (Ruco-Coat Ad 7000) and "Rebellion Of The Creases" (Ruco-Coat Roc), which have been presented in different wash effects, very interesting.
A still undisclosed development partner of this special circle will introduce his first collection with a special "Fat Boy Coating" variant to the market.
Moreover, the first prototypes of the new silicone latex generation, which has been developed in Geretsried, have been presented on denim. Trend-setting glitter and foam coatings which are applied by spraying or by other methods, complement the innovations introduced.
What is new on knitwear is a calender-free lustrous effect obtained with Ruco-Coat PU 1330 that is created by rotary printing methods and captivates with brilliance and softness.
The state-of-the-art Rudolf cluster technologies of coating and functional finishing, e.g. the combination of Hybridtex, Eco-Vent coating, Silverplus and Ruco-Flam finish, have been the centre of interest with technical wear, e.g. fire fighters clothing.
In co-operation with the highly innovative coating centre of the Rudolf Group in Germany, the newly developed PU product platforms and the creative team in Brazil the Rudolf Group has presented itself as the currently most innovative coater in the Brazilian market after only 2 years of coating activities in this country.
