Tire supplier Schwalbe North America has expanded its distribution center in the Pacific Northwest, adding 36,500 square feet of warehouse space.
The expanded facility includes a state-of-the-art custom racking system and six shipping bays that will allow Schwalbe to better serve its domestic OEM partners in both the bicycle and wheelchair markets, and to expand its North American dealer network, the company said in a release.
"Today marks the completion of the second phase of the expansion of Schwalbe North America and the Schwalbe tires brand," said Celeste Steindl, director of Schwalbe North America. "We are thrilled and excited to be able to bring our products to our customers in an even more efficient manner with expansive and ongoing developments in our distribution chain."
