Pro Mach’s subsidiary Greydon has introduced a new digital inkjet printer in order to provide enhanced digital in-line printing solution to the customers.
The Genesis digital inkjet printer can be used with horizontal form fill and seal packaging machines, as well as blister pack machines.
It can be used to print on every substrate, including paper, film or Tyvek.
The scalable design of the printer enables to use in every application, ranging in print widths from 70mm to 570mm. It enables to stack more rows for multiple color management
According to the company, all Genesis metal components are CNC machined to ensure maximum precision and minimize alignment issues.
The company has also announced the launch of new shrink wrap and bundling machines at Pack Expo in Chicago, US.
The new Shrink Systems Group includes two core brands, comprising of Texwrap for shrink wrapping and Tekkra for bundling.
Tekkra5100 Series bundler provides the option for single lane bundling or dual lane for higher speeds. Part of the Texwrap Spartan series of wrappers, the new 1607SS side-seal wrapper can produce 60 packages per minute.
