Trade Resources Industry Views Sentry Equipment Has Launched a New Cap

Sentry Equipment Has Launched a New Cap

US-based Sentry Equipment has launched a new cap design to protect workers from exposure to poisonous gases and fluids in the petrochemical, chemical and nuclear industries.

Sentry Launches No-E Zero Emission Caps

The new Sentry No-e's cap-on-cap design provides an additional level of safety ensuring that contents do not spill on to the handler.

The additional cap is placed based on the external threads of the existing bottle cap. This helps the user to close the sample bottle without removing the original cap.

Made up of non-reactive polyvinylidene difluoride (PVDF), the cap is claimed to be superior to aluminum caps.

The material is non-reactive and can be used to cap any type of content without the fear of emission or spillage.

Sentry Equipment said: "Customers can use just one type of cap material for any and all of their process fluid sampling, without changing their current sampling system.

The Sentry No-E Double Cap can be used on any type of bottle as long as the bottle specifications are identified in the design process.

"This provides customers with the freedom to use any type of lab bottle."
