North American printing and specialty papers producer NewPage has introduced the new Anthem Plus, a coated paper built to perform in virtually all print applications.
According to the company, the new Anthem Plus, which is made in the US, has a blue-white shade for better printed results coupled with an offering including gloss, dull and matte finishes ranging from 60lb text to 110lb cover.
Stocked in press-ready mini skids and cartons for better efficiencies, the coated paper is chain-of-custody certified to the Forest Stewardship Council, the Sustainable Forestry Initiative and the Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification to support sustainable forestry practices.
Till date, the company offered multiple economy sheet brands with various attribute packages and value propositions, which include Anthem, Fortune and Gusto.
NewPage will be discontinuing Fortune and Gusto coated sheets, with the introduction of Anthem Plus.
NewPage marketing vice president Steven DeVoe said with the introduction of Anthem Plus the company brings its customers another shift in its grade offering.
"No other coated paper producer currently offers the breadth and depth of this product and service line-up, and we are excited about the potential to continue to grow and evolve with our customers," DeVoe added.
