In July this year, Ukrainian steelmaker Zaporizhstal's finished steel product output increased by 9.5 percent to 282,900 mt, while its crude steel production rose by 7.7 percent to 341,600 mt, both year on year, according to the company's preliminary results.
In the January-July period, Zaporizhstal saw a 3.3 percent year-on-year rise in its finished steel product output to 1.863 million mt, while its crude steel production rose by 1.3 percent year on year to 2.208 million mt.
