UK-based Pollard Boxes will showcase an array of techniques utilized for making boxes capable of catalyzing premium positioning, on-shelf appeal and brand differentiation for personal care and drinks products at Packaging Innovations London in September.
Riding high with design, manufacturing and decoration, Pollard Boxes will also demonstrate its special deep boxes and slipcases that can be supplied with thickness up to 330mm in contrast to 210mm.
This specification has been stated to be ideal for premium drink brands.
This apart, different materials will also be put up for display that include natural finish rayon cloth with a sparkle effect, and a paper with a soft velvet finish capable of withstanding rubbing and finger marking.
These materials can be further embellished with color options such as, multi-colour printing in up to ten colors, spot UV varnish, hot foil stamping, embossing, lamination and a variety of special silk screen finishes.
"Substantial investment in recent years in the latest production equipment enables Pollard to manufacture to extremely fine tolerances, producing robust and reliable boxes with defined edges and tidy turn-ins that project a quality feel to reflect the image of the products they contain," the company said in a statement.
Pollard offers its inputs to every customer on how to choose of correct material, opt for decoration process and manage the entire process from initial design to final output.
