T2Gold Identified Several New Zones of Copper Mineralization at Their Chanach Copper

White Cliff Minerals and its JV partner T2Gold have identified several new zones of copper mineralization at their Chanach copper and gold project in Kyrgyz Republic.

Channel sampling identified copper zones including 8 meters at 1.72% copper within 33 meters at 0.85%, 4 meters at 1.67% copper and 4 meters at 1.1% copper. Trenching also resulted in 1 meters at 4.12% copper.

The 2012 drilling program consisted of 5 holes for a total of 623 meters designed to extend the existing mineralized zone to the East as well as test the skarn contact and a magnetic high adjacent to the skarn contact. The drilling extended the main existing mineralized zone 100 meters to the East with one drill hole intersecting 26 meters at 0.3% copper.

A second hole drilled on the same section 100 meters to the north and 50 meters higher in elevation intersected 5 meters at 0.4% copper within 25 meters at 0.17% copper in the upper parts of the mineralized system.

More exploration work is being planned for next year. Other than the Chanach project, White Cliff also has the Laverton gold project Mouth Remarkable project and the White Cliff Nickel project.
