GL Capital LLC - a Charlotte-based provider of consulting, merger and acquisition services to the technical textiles industry — and Gherzi Textil Organisation AG - a Switzerland-based provider of engineering, management and consulting services to the textile industry — have teamed to support each other's efforts in North America and Europe as well as globally.
GL Capital LLC was formed in 2008 through a partnership between Edward C. Gregor & Associates LLC and Lovell Global Holdings LLC (see " Gregor, Lovell Team To Specialize In Technical Textiles Mergers And Acquisitions," Aug. 12, 2008, TextileWorld.com).
