Pennsylvania-based multi-line insurance carrier Erie Insurance has deployed Symbility’s property and casualty claims workflow management software, Claims Connect, to streamline its claims estimating process.
The software will assist the insurer to reduce its cycle time and enhance accuracy in all aspects of the claims handling process.
The insurer will also deploy Symbility Mobile Claims smartphone and tablet-enabled field estimating solution to improve adjuster and third-party contractor productivity.
