It has become a global problem which has long plagued the industry. BaoSteel has successfully developed and applies a hot strip rolling tail stability control technology and conquers 0.4 seconds specter. At present, this technology not only achieves good results in BaoSteel Co Ltd. 2050 hot rolling production lines but is also successfully extended to other Baosteel Co Ltd hot rolling production lines. It forms a number of innovations with independent intellectual property rights, including 2 invention patents, 12 technical secrets.
Currently, the project has been extended to Baosteel Co Ltd 1880,1580, Meishan Steel 1422 hot rolling production lines after successful application in 2050 production line. At the same time, it is promoted among other production lines.
