It’s reported that Korea’s imports of cold rolled (CR) stainless steel products jumped in March. According to data released by the Korean Iron and Steel Association (KOSA), Korea imported 19,965 tons of CR stainless steel products in March, rising by 10.5% from a month ago and increasing by 48.2% year on year. Meanwhile, the average import prices are at US$3,181/ton, falling by 9.6% from a month ago. Among them, the imports of CR stainless wide strips totaled 17,120 tons, up by 3.7% from a month ago.
